Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. The free version works without any account. After buying Pro you receive a license key that you activate in your browser.
Are my screenshots uploaded anywhere?
No. Images are processed entirely in your browser on your own device. We never receive or store your screenshots.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time payment of $19 (plus any applicable sales tax or VAT). There are no recurring charges.
How do I receive Pro after paying?
Right after checkout the app unlocks Pro automatically in the browser you used and shows your license key. You can activate the same key on another browser or device on the license page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not happy, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
Who handles payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices and returns.
